ScreenConnect Integration

Postby TwoPlus1 » Tue May 13, 2014 10:44 am

I'd like to package ScreenConnect with dSS, the unattended agent is a service and I wondered if anyone had done any work with batch files that could be triggered by the remote support option in dSS and then stop the service with a second batch file triggered either when dSS is closed or after the computer has been idle for a specific amount of time?

Sorry posted this in the wrong topic, could an admin move it to the Support area?

Net start "ScreenConnect Client (GUID)"

Net stop "ScreenConnect Client (GUID)"

Not even sure you'd need a full batch file, just the command.
