I'm not sure if this is a bug or I screwed something up... I ran the generic installer and created a new ClientID. When I got back to the office and checked dCC (after refreshing ClientID list), the new ClientID was not listed.
Tried this with a 2nd install on my test box and it also didn't show up in dCC.
However, when I tried this feature when you first released it, I had no problems. Worked like a dream.
Did you get any error message at all during the install portion when after you create the new client ID? I was careful to put in a lot of error popups should one occur during that phase.
I wonder if this is related to the dCC end of things and not dSS install phase...
BUT I've been looking into this and can't seem to find a problem or duplicate it with my own setup. I will try with your generic installer when I get back from lunch and see if that does any differently.
Did you manually add the client IDs into dCC since the issue occurred, or have you not touched it yet? If you have NOT touched it yet and the IDs are still missing, email me the ID names and I will check them on dCloud.
I checked and they don't exist on the server at all, the directory/config nor the entry in your subscriptions file. I added them, but you will need to add a config now for that client ID through dCC. Make sure your client ID list is refreshed and you see the missing ID, switch to it, and then load a template and customize if necessary - EDIT - then upload it!
