Warn user if trying to email support without internet

Warn user if trying to email support without internet

As the title says...

Make it warn the user if they are trying to email support when their internet connection isn't working.
Right now it just quietly goes to their default mail app, instead of the internal SMTP mail app.

I know my customers. They would tell me, "I sent you an email two weeks ago, that my internet was down, and you never replied!"
