Suggestion Roundup!

I decided to sort through the features suggestions once again, and this time I'm setting it up as a poll so Nick has some feedback on where he should start!

There is a limit of 10 options per poll so this thread should be dedicated to suggestions about the dSupportSuite Client Application.

Vote for what you believe the most important three things are.
