3) Actually I would rotate it every 30 days just not terminate the demo1 until 60 days if someone downloaded it on the 30th day. Since they would be allowed to download unless they fill in the form with email, name, etc then we could send out reminders from the CRM that the FREE trial will be expiring soon, maybe one every two weeks.
1) I want them to use it a while recommended maintenance at least once every two weeks, or something like that so they see that it is actually helping the computer perform better.
