We have an issue in that Repair Shopr has disabled .html file attachments (for understandable security issues and to stop code injections.)
This means the main info report (and other html) is no longer attachable to the customers ticket for us.
I see a few options to remedy with (a) being preferred.
a) create pdf's reports. (This would have the added benefit of not emailing a seperate logo file.
b) Zip - This might be easiest to achieve as everything is in place but it would be harder to use on the ticket end as we would need to download extract and open.
c) Plain text - yuk.
