Sending Key Commands Behind the Lock Screen

Postby Techline2012 » Wed Jun 10, 2015 5:30 pm

Hi everyone,

I seem to be hitting a problem in d7ii that is causing an issue with a few of our custom apps. One of them, for example, opens a program and sends a certain amount of "tab" keystrokes before it sends an "enter" keystroke. This is done through an AutoIT script. The issue we are having is that since this application opens up behind the lockscreen, it seems to be taking the focus away from the program and sending the key commands to the lock screen. Does anyone have a solution for an issue like this? We also have an automation script for a separate program that clicks a few boxes using AutoIT's ControlClick() function, and they seem to be getting hung up behind the lock screen as well. Any ideas are appreciated!
