Report Variables not working - probably using the wrong ones

In the End of Session section you have the option to send reports to your email. It shows the option to include variables in the Subject. I have included those in the body to replace the 'XXXXXX', but all I get is the variable placeholder '%time%' in the received email. Obviously, I'm doing this wrong.

Question: What variable do I use to show the Start Time, End Time and Time Logged and Total Time Logged?

Unfortunately the variables you want don't exist... Well %time% is current time, and I guess that is only filtered for the subject and not the body of the email, which is something I can fix... but there is no tracking of time of any sort in d7x I'm afraid, so the data for those additional variables you want doesn't exist. Tracking time would be very problematic just because of dead/idle time, and additionally running scans in apps on slower machines increase times, so I never considered tracking that time. Most techs wouldn't be billing for scan times anyway. The human element in billing is exactly why this template was designed, so you could just put in your own values manually.
