Washer, I just did a bit more testing, and realized that when I tested this originally...I still had d7 running.
I believe the issue is caused by .ocx and or .dll files that are currently in use because d7 is running, and unable to be downloaded/transferred properly in the script. So it discontinues the script once it hits a file it can't work with, and break's the remaining functionality.
Please try to run your SFX on a system without d7 running on it currently.
I'm no longer experiencing this issue.
