Custom Apps update for PatchMyPC on 2019-02-12

PatchMyPC as a custom app in d7x wasn't working, the download URL had changed.

If you don't know about this config, search the default apps for PatchMyPC and you'll find both a standard/manual and an Auto config to run it automatically (you should use the standard/manual profile to configure it to your preference first, then you can use the Auto profile in auto modes).

Default apps are managed automatically, and will update at the start of any new session with internet access. You can force update through the "Main" drop down menu and "Check for Updates" (although the update is performed, you will receive a message that no APPLICATION updates were found.)

You can tell it is the new PatchMyPC config if you right-click the app in your list and configure app, you will notice the website reflects PatchMyPC.com (new) instead of PatchMyPC.net (old) and if it's still the old config, you should force an update as mentioned above.
